How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of the order.
  • For countries with customs regulations (such as Brazil), delivery may take longer.

 

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package. 

Carrier Hand Off: Some packages travel through multiple carriers.

Example: You may receive a UPS tracking number, but USPS may complete the final delivery.

In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival depending on carrier.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers may hide packages to avoid theft.

Why have I only received part of my order?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. And the other tracking numbers cannot be displayed on the order page. 

 

How can I change my shipping address?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can change your shipping address by contacting us via service@tittallon.com.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us via service@tittallon.com.
